Hope everyone had a good, safe, non-laboring, Labor Day. Wowsas, gained 1000 pounds from this weekend. Labor Day to me and my friends equal heavy consumption of delicious Carne Asada tacos, hamburgers pies and the best hummus/hotsauce known to man! (thanks julie)

Been super busy these days. Just opened up an office in near Downtown Fullerton! Pretty small but it is my 2nd home now. Still working on the decor and my papier mache wall is almost done! My office address is

Travis & Amanda. Awesome. Sweet. Energetic. Romantic. Hip. Hilarious. So many more words to describe these two! I had been dying to do a stylized photo shoot for  many months, but couldn’t find a couple willing to put in the time and effort to do one. From the moment I pitched this idea to them, two words came flying out of their mouths; “I’M IN!”

This shoot would have not been possible without the renaissance women, Jen Carreiro. She did Amanda’s hair and make-up, the set design, wardrobe, and she even made a sweet behind the scenes video of the shoot! You can check out the video here.

This vintage themed photoshoot was really fun and I can’t wait too shoot their wedding late November. Feel free to comment! I would love to know what you think!

“Yippee ya yay, mini sirloin burgers!” This jingle was stuck in my head all week! Now, I crave those little burgers. Do they still have them at Jack in the Box? hmmm I should go today and find out.

Anyway, got a chance to shoot an engagement session with Jason and Arum. They are from Arizona but their family lives here in Socal. It was a lot of fun walking around the streets of LA w/ them.  Jason is shy by nature, but Arum made him laugh throughout the shoot. (Shy by Nature would be an awesome band name)
